• Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.
• For customers in the UK: Please note that shipments with a merchandise total exceeding 18 pounds sterling may be held in customs until you, the ordering party, pay the national VAT (value added tax). The VAT is usually paid when the postal carrier delivers your mail. However, the British Postal Service might hold shipments with a value over 18 pounds without notifying you, the customer.
• If the package is held by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to Simplix™, we regret we cannot issue a refund. If we receive a package back after it has been held and the products are in sealed, unused condition, we will credit you the product cost (shipping charges still apply).
• Payment of shipping duties and customs fees varies by country and is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Orders arrive to US customers within 2-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail. All orders placed by 1:00pm Eastern Time (10:00am Pacific Time) Monday through Friday, are shipped that same day.

We provide low, flat-rate shipping regardless of the number of items ordered or weight of your package, and when necessary will upgrade to ensure you receive your order FAST!

Simplix™ Satisfaction Guarantee: You can return items purchased directly from us for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment via Paypal. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please package the product carefully. We must receive the return within the 30-day period. Simplix™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject a return that does not comply with these conditions.
