• Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.
• If the package is held by customs and the package is not returned to Simplix®, we regret we cannot issue a refund. If we receive a package back after it has been held and the products are in sealed, unused condition, we will credit you the product cost (shipping charges still apply).
• Payment of shipping duties and customs fees varies by country and is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Orders arrive to US customers within 2-7 business days via FedEx. All orders placed by 1:00pm Eastern Time (10:00am Pacific Time) Monday through Friday, are shipped that same day.

We provide low, flat-rate shipping regardless of the number of items ordered or weight of your package, and when necessary will upgrade to ensure you receive your order FAST!

Simplix® Satisfaction Guarantee: You can return items purchased directly from us for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment via Paypal. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please package the product carefully. We must receive the return within the 30-day period. Simplix® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject a return that does not comply with these conditions.
